Leading with others
Wikima offer leadership coaching, leadership team alignment and programmes to consciously build widespread leadership skills. We are all leaders in our various worlds and deserve support in making the most of our potential contributions. Our key partners here are Richard Olivier and Olivier Mythodrama Associates (www.oliviermythodrama.com), with whom we co-lead programmes on leadership, change, presentation and facilitation skills. The impact, memorability and effectiveness of these programmes stem from the unique combination of skills from the world of theatre including drawing on stories from the plays of Shakespeare as models for deep learning.
