Projects and Clients

We are proud of our clients and the work we have achieved together. See a summary of some of our clients’ stories here.

Examples of private sector projects:

Andersen: helping the firm to make step changes in the way they operate their knowledge management system and to handle the associated cultural changes necessary.

Association of Management Education & Development (AMED
): facilitated the annual conference for delegates to create ways of inspiring and energising their own organisations.

Boosey & Hawkes: assisted the senior management of the company and its subsidiaries to carry out some tough strategic thinking, involving potential major changes in business and organisational focus.

Daimler Chrysler UK
: facilitated a fast-track management group to review and powerfully implement their learning from a six-month management development programme with the Cranfield University School of Management.

Deloitte Consulting
: created an opportunity for the Change Leadership division from across Europe to complete a far-reaching and innovative strategic review and planning programme.

Discovery TV
: brought the whole company together for the first time, to create innovative and workable TV programme ideas for the coming years

First European Coaching Conference
: provided innovative facilitation to create the opening and closing ceremonies, plus inspiration and creativity throughout the conference: a way of working known as MindJazz

NatWest: assisting two departments with differing cultures, and some organisational conflicts, to work well together in order to create competitive advantage in serving the customer excellently.

New Millennium Experience Company: was part of a team facilitating the training and motivation of the 2000 staff who worked in the Dome, and who received great acclaim for their level of service.

RHM Foods
: designed and facilitated the annual marketing event as part of an on-going process for 17 companies in the Group to decide how best to work together to optimise the return on RHM’s brand assets.

Royal Society of Arts: helping the leadership and management groups to working more effectively together – building understanding, common direction and practical action plans.
