Examples of private sector projects:
Accenture: using whole-systems
principles and a range of participative methodologies, helped create
‘communities’ within the firm’s 55,000 people
worldwide, to address issues of attrition and the need for a sense
of belonging: the work included training in the technologies used.
Andersen: helping the firm to make
step changes in the way they operate their knowledge management
system and to handle the associated cultural changes necessary.
Association of Management Education & Development (AMED):
facilitated the annual conference for delegates to create ways of
inspiring and energising their own organisations.
Boosey & Hawkes: assisted
the senior management of the company and its subsidiaries to carry
out some tough strategic thinking, involving potential major changes
in business and organisational focus.
Daimler Chrysler UK: facilitated a fast-track management
group to review and powerfully implement their learning from a six-month
management development programme with the Cranfield University School
of Management.
Deloitte Consulting: created an opportunity for the Change
Leadership division from across Europe to complete a far-reaching
and innovative strategic review and planning programme.
Discovery TV: brought the whole company together for the
first time, to create innovative and workable TV programme ideas
for the coming years
First European Coaching Conference: provided innovative facilitation
to create the opening and closing ceremonies, plus inspiration and
creativity throughout the conference: a way of working known as
MindJazz
NatWest: assisting two departments
with differing cultures, and some organisational conflicts, to work
well together in order to create competitive advantage in serving
the customer excellently.
New Millennium Experience Company:
was part of a team facilitating the training and motivation of the
2000 staff who worked in the Dome, and who received great acclaim
for their level of service.
RHM Foods: designed and facilitated the annual marketing
event as part of an on-going process for 17 companies in the Group
to decide how best to work together to optimise the return on RHM’s
brand assets.
Royal Society of Arts: helping
the leadership and management groups to working more effectively
together – building understanding, common direction and practical
action plans.
