Romy Shovelton – Collaboration
Catalyst
Founder and Director of Wikima Consulting, Romy specialises
in whole-system change within organisations and communities. She
has been designing and facilitating large participative events for
a wide variety of corporate and community settings since 1992.
Her 25 years international business experience includes a background
in strategic planning, marketing, new product development and advertising.
She has been a client, agency account director and now consultant,
so has seen organisational life from many angles. Romy is a Visiting
Lecturer at Cranfield University School of Management, Praxis Centre.
Romy’s passions include spending time in remote places and
with peoples from cultures other than her native UK. You may track
her down in the desert, long distance sailing, horse or camel riding,
and very probably dog sledding: so far she’s taken part in
expeditions across Lappland, to the Magnetic North Pole and in Arctic
Greenland. Romy lives in Notting Hill and Wales with her husky Qimmiq
(given to her at the North Pole).
